UNbelievable Workplaces is an employee engagement and satisfaction program; developed and run by the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, the program used Moodtracker’s free “Human-Centered Workplace” survey, that focused on giving businesses critical insight to their employees satisfaction and engagement. Of our first year’s participants, 16 were awarded the badge of an UNbelievable Workplace – CB.
In 2022, the employee engagement will continue to focus on ensuring your business is a human centered workplace, with a few additional questions. The CB Chamber will use Survey Monkey, to create a unique survey for your business. The point of contact will receive a link to your unique dashboard to monitor the progress of your survey.
After registration has concluded, you will be billed and you will receive a survey link unique to your company. Please email this link out to your team or provide them with a survey station. *The surveys are completely confidential.
At the end of the survey period, your point of contact will receive an update that your dashboard is complete.
If you are awarded the badge of being an UNblievable Workplace then your company name and logo will be listed on this website and at the top of the CB Chamber’s Job Board. (Your listing will provide a link to your company website.) You will also receive a window decal, a media kit, and two admission tickets to the UNbelievable Workplaces Celebration.
How can you use the media kit? Share our UNbelievable Workplace logo on your company website and social media. Put it on all of your job posts and applications. Make a section about your recognition on your career/application site. Do you have a company car? Add the logo to gain recognition as you conduct your day to day operations.
UNbelievable Workplaces CB will be a great opportunity to showcase the great companies throughout Southwest Iowa, and we look forward to showcasing these well-deserving employers going forward!
